Identifying a gap in corporate banking for mid-market global businesses, he co-founded Orbital in 2017 to streamline cross-border payments. Under his leadership, Orbital has grown into a multi-licensed fintech, integrating stablecoins and traditional rails to process over $5.6 billion annually.

Luke brings over 20 years’ experience as a serial tech entrepreneur. He has founded numerous startups and is a recognised expert in the crypto, stablecoin and payments fields.

Paulius Grigaitis, Co-Founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Orbital, is a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in building cutting-edge financial technology solutions, scaling teams from 1 to 30+, and driving strategic product innovation in cloud-based, event-driven architectures.

Richard has robust expertise in business risk, compliance, and transformation with a proven track record in leading critical business functions in fast-changing global markets for 20 years. His previous roles have included the Premier League, the UK National Cyber Security Centre, and currently serves on the Cloud Security Alliance Leadership Council.

Jeff is a Qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over 5 years of experience in Senior Executive Finance roles and over 12 years’ experience in senior commercial roles in the iGaming sector. He has managed a myriad of business functions and also served as an Officer in the Royal Air Force for over 13 years.

Toma is a legal and regulatory compliance expert, with over 20 years of experience in traditional financial institutions and fintech firms.

Gerli started her career as a lawyer over 10 years ago and, since 2020, has held FCA-approved Compliance Officer and MLRO roles. Specialising in regulatory compliance, financial crime prevention, AML, and risk management, she ensures robust governance and adherence to regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

Alex has over a decade of experience in the online gaming and fintech space, with a focus on global payments, banking partnerships, operations, and product innovation. He is currently leading Orbital's team responsible for payments, treasury, trading, FX, and business partnerships. Alex oversees the global OTC Desk that sources fiat and stablecoin liquidity and is dedicated to building a trusted and cutting-edge network of banks and liquidity partners via a single API for seamless global currency exchange in minutes.

Hannes has 10+ years of experience in finance and tax law, holding senior accountant to CFO roles in both traditional firms and a FinTech startup. He has also served as CEO and manager of a leading accountancy and law firm specializing in FinTechs in Estonia.

Karin has over 20+ years of experience as a lawyer specialising in commercial, IT, and energy law, and has spent the past five years focusing on compliance. Throughout the compliance career, Karin has focused on regulatory frameworks and blockchain transaction analysis—translating complex legal landscapes into actionable compliance strategies.
